LTBV-when to apply for residency
We have been here 6 months and have got the balance of our 3 year LTBV. Business is doing well, wife has job when can we apply for residency , do we have to wait till end of 3 years? we will be consulting an immigration lawyer but would value your input as always

What job does your wife do, you may be able to apply for residency through her rather than the LTBV. I think that you can apply for residency after 2½ years on a LTBV.
