live in NZ and work in UK
Hi all, as some of you may be aware my OH has been back to UK since September working. He is returning January and has decided if he can't get a job here he will go back to UK for 4-5 months every year to work. Sounds great in principle but does that affect his PR? Also, I know he has to spend the majority of the year here but as he left Sept this year does that mean he won't be able to go back to UK until after Sept next year? Not sure when the year starts if you see what I mean  Bevissa

I have no idea but you also need to think about tax implications which kick in depending on where you spend most time.
