Default Kiwi partner and working Visa

Greetings,

My wife and I decided earlier this year to migrate to NZ. She is Kiwi born and bred who migrated to the UK 20 years ago. I am 55 and in the military (in a skilled trade) applying to transfer to the NZ Defence Forces. I am somewhat confused about which visa I will need to apply for. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

TIA

Gus

best option would be Partnership Resident Visa

Did you do it through the NZ High Commission in London or Immigration online? Out of curiosity, how much did they charge?

The application fee is currently £1073 ..... went up a bit because of the exchange rate , it was £850 last year when I enquired.
