Kiwi partner and working Visa
Greetings,
My wife and I decided earlier this year to migrate to NZ. She is Kiwi born and bred who migrated to the UK 20 years ago. I am 55 and in the military (in a skilled trade) applying to transfer to the NZ Defence Forces. I am somewhat confused about which visa I will need to apply for. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated. TIA Gus |
Re: Kiwi partner and working Visa
best option would be Partnership Resident Visa

My wife is kiwi born too and we are moving back next March, the partnership Residents visa is the one I filled out, just been lodged with NZ immigration this week, was fairly straight forward to fill out.

Re: Kiwi partner and working Visa
Did you do it through the NZ High Commission in London or Immigration online? Out of curiosity, how much did they charge?
Gus PS: with a nickname like yours, you don't work in histopathology by any chance? |
Re: Kiwi partner and working Visa
I filled out the INZ1000 form via this link from NZ Immigration https://www.immigration.govt.nz/docu...es/inz1000.pdf
I Work in life science logistics so connected in some way but not exactly. |
Re: Kiwi partner and working Visa
The application fee is currently £1073 ..... went up a bit because of the exchange rate , it was £850 last year when I enquired.
