Job sponsors

Hello all,

I am after some much needed advice if possible..

Basically i am 28 years old and have already completed a 23 month visa for NZ, 100% fallen in love with the place and want to spend the rest of my life there.

Next month i am flying back over on another working visa for 12 months.

I spent my 2 years working at travel lodges and backpacking hostels managing them which was a fantastic job. I love the tourism towns.
I have no experience in any of the shortage lists and dont have a uni degree, so i am aware that the dream is going to be tough - I want to go there and be in a job that will extend the visa. Is a tourism job a option for this, is it just a case that the employer has to prove that a kiwi person is unable to do that work?

Does anyone have any experience with aiming for this goal and what did they do? any advice would be great.
I understand its a long complicated procedure, but i am just looking for some basic advice and to see if anyone has had any ideas or suggestions.

Thanks for your time :)
