I want to apply my elder brother for nz immigration .He has more than 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical sales e He has a Master of arts (M.A) degree in special education and a Bachelor of Science degree in the medical subjects.

He has enough job experience in multinational Pharmaceutical industries in Pakistan such as Aventis ,Novartis etc during jobs he have got Management and sales training and career development courses

My question is that his degree is related to the job? . Can he apply for nz immigration and can get 30 points for job? Please advised me
