Hi i came to this country last year Silver fern job serach and now im on silver fern practical exp visa issued 10 days back

im a chef by profession and according to conditions in sfjs visa my employer didnt need to do the labour market survey for issuing me job offer letter for 2 year visa.

now im thinking to apply for residency and was wondering as im in same employment can i use same job offer without asking my employer to do labour market survey as im in same job and currently hold a visa for the same.

or no matter what a labour market survey is necessary!!!

any help will be highly appreciated!!!
