ITA lapsed, can I apply for another EOI?

Hi All,

I wonder if you have can help me with this question? Last year I submitted an EOI online and through misinformation that was given to me about qualifications my EOI score was incorrect when my ITA was initially approved. As my new EOI score was lower than the original I could not submit the ITA and so it lapsed and went "out of date".

My question is.. is that when i log on to the immigration website now, there is no option to submit another EOI. Should I just create a new online account? or are there other options? I hope someone can give me some advice.

best wishes

Paul

Perfectly possible for one ITA to lapse and for you to submit another EOI, pay the fees etc etc.

You do have to submit a completely new EOI, you can't resubmit a previously-submitted one.

I agree with the above, that you are able to submit a new EOI but i'm interested by the comment about no option to do it on the website.

So after I log in, I look at Online services on the left and click Expression of Interest and it opens the new window.

There is still the information there: First time here?....blah blah...take the check....blah blah....Ready to Start your Expression of Interest? Select Create (which is a link).

Do you not have that bit?
