ITA application form
Hi,
On the last section of the application form, there is a need for " declaration for person assisting the applicant to complete this form" . > >Please advise who can sign this off or is this require ? Can it be family member

I'm not sure as husband filled ours in but it will be in the Guide to filling in ITA booklet that came with it

Is this for the Skilled Migrant Category? Did anyone help you with the application? If not, then there is no need for it to be signed, it can be left blank.
If I recall correctly you get asked early on in the EOI if you used an agent or help, if you answer yes to this then you have to get that part signed. However it is a while since I looked at an EOI...

You only fill this bit in if you have an agent acting on your behalf, if you are doing all the paperwork yourself, leave it blank.
