Can anyone tell me if the requirements of obtaining the IRR visa must be met by all applicants on the original PR application or will it be based on the principal applicant only?

I read this on the immigration website which made me think the requirements would have to be met by my husband who was the principal applicant. Just wanted to check I was reading it right!
