IQA Documents Help

Can anyone tell me what is the best way to send documents to NZQA for assessment. As i have to send Original documents , should I put degrees in a plastic sheet or in a folder ?
Furthermore I am sending passport as Identity document , bcoz I do not have birth certificate this time ? is it ok or I should make Birth certificate first?

you only need to send a copy of your passport not the actual passport. It needs to be certified by a professional.
