International qualification assessment, Does it really needed?
 
Hi I'm looking for migrating to Nz. i have Bsc (Hons) Management Information systems degree from University collage Dublin, Ireland conducted by National Institute Of Business Management (NIBM) in Sri Lanka. . when im going through submitting an EOI, Do i need to Apply for an International Qualifications Assessment for my degree or does it get Exempt from that.

depends if the qualification and establishment is on the exemption list
