Information Related to ITA
Hi,
I have got ITA from New Zealand.
I am a Pakistani, working and living in Dubai, UAE
I have some Questions now
A) Police certificates
A-1 -- Do we need to get them from UAE and Pakistan, as these are the 2 places where I have lived in past 10 years?
A-2 -- Is there a Particular format which I should give to Police or what?
B) Attested Degrees
I am aware of getting degrees attested from HEC Pakistan for Canada; but for New Zealand, I am bit confused....what should I send them exactly?
C) Health Certificates
C-1 -- Do I need to get Certificate from UAE and Pakistan both?, as these are the 2 places where I have lived in past 10 years?
C-2 -- Any idea how to get it in Pakistan?

Hi and welcome.
A1: Yes you will need to provide certificates from all countries you have lived in.
A2: Each country will have their own forms and means of processing which all differ. I can't advise specifically in your case as I've only ever had checks from the UK. But contact the police services individually or google and that should help you.
B: Do you mean getting your qualification assessed to see how many points it is worth? If so have a look at the NZQA threads for guidance.
C1: No you need to provide one health certificate and it has to be the one that NZ use. Have a look on the NZ Immigration website for the forms, print them out and take them with you to your doctor when you get it done.
C2: You only need one certificate but it must be from an NZ approved panel physician. To find an approved panel physician in the UAE check here: Panel Doctors
