Always check the Immigration New Zealand website cos I think you may have misunderstood what someone posted.

I don't think you have read this here . You may have misunderstood what was written though.

At the moment it is very difficult to be picked from the EOI pool without a job offer in place unless you have 140 points for an automatic pull from the pool.

Hi Adeel,

Please also consider other relevant information when claiming points.

Recognised work experience in an identified future growth area qualifies for points if:

the principal applicant has points for current skilled employment or an offer of skilled employment in an identified future growth area (see SM8.10); and
the experience is relevant to that employment (see SM7.10.10).

Ref: http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/30579.htm

Similarly, you can't claim points for work experience unless it was in a comparable labor market or you qualify for bonus points for Work experience in Absolute Skill shortage, and for claiming bonus points for absolute skill shortage your qualification must meet the criteria set in LTSSL

It's difficult to tell from the information you have put up.

As Friedforever states you need to say which country you gained your qualifications and work experience.

Also what skilled occupation you are thinking of applying with.
