Information about EOI
i need minimum Points for EOI 100, if i got successfully EOI, than for applying immigration i need 140 points or this 100 points is enough for applying immigration to New Zealand

100 or more points including a job offer OR 140+ points with no job offer. As I understand it.

yes that is correct:
All those with a job or job offer that had a points total of 100 or more but less than 140 points.
