I'm on the chubby side...
See title. My BMI is about 29.9 so I am at upper end of overweight.
I am a bit concerned about the impact this will have on my medical. Its the only thing. I am otherwise really active, walk and cycle everywhere and play roller derby, no health problems. How worried should I be? Are we talking cabbage soup diet?

from memory I think it has to be over 35 for it to be referred.

Oh good, and after all that I'd emailed them to remind them that I had given them a medical in February so they have now confirmed I don't need one this time.

Your fine my Bmi was 35 and they let me in lol
