I.T. - Relation between work experience and qualification
 

Hi everyone,

I want to claim points for my EOI for having a work experience in an area of absolute skill shortage, my experience is in "Information Technology (IT) Professionals" but my qualification has been assessed as level 6 . in the LTSSL the mentioned that I need a "Bachelor Degree (Level 7) qualification majoring in computer science, information science or information technology", does this mean that I cant claim points for my experience?

It means you can't claim the bonus points for experience related to the LTSSL, you do still get points for your experience elsewhere in the calculation, just not the bonus points.
