How long for visa

If everything is in order i.e. medicals, police checks, passports etc, does anyone have any idea how long it may take to obtain a 'Work to Residence' visa?

On my paperwork for ITA for residency it says 1 to 3 months,:frown: that will be up in 8 days and i havn't heard a thing. When i have sent an email i'm tols we are in the system. ??

Have just found out that you need a job offer to apply for a work to residence visa....doh!!!
Any idea how you get a job offer???

So will now be applying through the skilled category for residency, unless anyone has any agency suggestions offering work
