Holiday VISA

I'm new to all this visa business so bare with me.

I was hoping to get a working holiday visa in New Zealand like the ones they have for Canada, but havent got the foggiest on how to get one or where to go to apply for one and if anyone has got more details could you share? If there's a thread someone could direct me to or anything that'd be great.
