Help with trade qualification, Wall and Floor tiler UK

Hi
We have decided to ditch the UK and emigrate to Australia or NewZealand. We need to go via TRA for australia.
we have passed he points test for Australia but we are looking at NewZealand also and want tounderstand the quaification requirement.
Does anyone know if city and guilds level 2 is enough or do we have to get a level 4 qualification seperate.
20 years experience in the UK of wall and floor tiling.
