Hello, I'm trying to help my brother to move to us in NZ. The sibling sponsorship is a no because it is wellover subscribed and taking 2 years currently. He should have enough points to do a skilled migrant application but I can't figure out what occupation category he belongs to. I have pasted his CV here, can anyone give their opinion please??

Highly experienced in all areas of face to face employment advice and guidance, as well as community outreach and programme compliance and delivery. I perform extremely well in a target driven environment with a drive to continue to further develop and improve current work skills.

• Can work independently and shows excellent initiative for problem solving.
• Proven ability to manage, support and develop a varied caseload of clients and achieve set targets.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, applied during remote work across multi sites.
• Ability to motivate and encourage clients and colleagues, with high integrity at all levels.
• A quick and effective learner who continues to develop skills in any role.

• Significant market experience and a variety of challenging roles has provided me with a diverse range of skills. I am a highly flexible and adaptable individual.

Employment History

Feb’10 – present Employment Manager/Coach,
Managing and supporting people with disabilities and health conditions into suitable training and sustainable employment. My average caseload consists of approximately 100 clients. Working flexibly and remotely, I utilise good communication and negotiation skills, empathy, strong local labour market knowledge to achieve excellent work placements for my clients. As a result of attending regular networking meetings I have formed key links to suitable local organisations and have gained voluntary referrals as a result. I have achieved a success rate of over 85% of sustained placements from any clients entering full time work after a period of 6 months.

Dec‘08 – Jan’10 Team Leader, , Leeds
Following promotion, my role as Team Leader of the Pathways office included managing a team of 25 staff. Duties included running daily team meetings, managing the outreach service, overseeing the admin and reception staff and dealing with customer complaints. In addition, I liaised with Jobcentreplus and other partner organisations by attending regular networking meetings and supported other customer advisors to achieve their monthly targets. During this period, performance increased significantly, and I regularly exceeded monthly KPI target of 65 job entries and profitability.

Dec‘07 – Nov’08 Employment Coach, , Leeds
I was jointly responsible for opening the Leeds office and assisted in establishing the new business practice. I set the strategy for attracting a new caseload of clients with disabilities and health conditions, and worked with both voluntary and mandatory clients, providing support and enabling them to return to suitable and sustained work. I consistently hit my targets of employment and sustained work placements, succeeding in gaining the highest number of outcomes in the team. I managed an average of 150 clients and was responsible for gaining £100k revenue in my last full year.

Mar‘04 – Nov’07 Employment Coach, , Leeds
Working under the Jobcentre contract of New Deal for Disabled People, I was responsible for a caseload of people seeking employment who were on sickness benefits. I would identify their barriers, try to overcome them or support them through suitable signposting. I identified training they needed and match them to suitable employment that they could sustain. I helped set up and market our service in Leeds and helped the office hit our targets for employment and gave a high quality service.

Aug‘01 – Feb‘04 National Account Executive, Ltd, Brighouse

Management?
What does he think he does? Try looking at the ANZSCO lists and on the lists in the EOI guide on the NZIS website to see if anything matches.
I can't really help you any more than that...
