help need info for my sister
 

hi,
as i am planning to move to new zealand, my sister wants to follow me out there.
which is rerally cool :D
the thing is she will be 19 in sptember when we go in oct/nov 2009, she wants to come over and live with us for 12 to 24 months to see how she likes it, whilst she is over there she wants to either get a trainee job and then hopefully apply for PR.
she isnt too sure what visa to apply for or how to go about doing it.
she should pass her medical but has something similar to a stoma however it dosnt effect her doing everday normal things and dosnt need constant medical attention.
we are hoping to get a PR aplying for a skilled migrant visa.
can anyone help and lead my sis in the right direction on how to do this
