Help Application/Medical Confused London

Hi, You may think I am potty can some one explain to me, I'm slightly confused. We sent our application in last month for skilled PR. On the web site New Zealand Immigration London, the day after it said received the 16 Sept 08. We received a letter telling us this and it could take 4 months for a case officer because we have no job offer. But when I looked today 17 October it now says application lodged 15 October/ Medicals lodged 16 October. Can someone explain to me if this is normal practice Received and lodged are these two different processes, silly me I thought these were the same. Also our medical certificates will past the 3 months date deadline while we are waiting is this ok?
Will we have to pay out another £2500 to have the meds done again?

Re: Help Application/Medical Confused London

I wouldnt worry ours was exactly the same. Were told 3 months before a CO then 3 weeks later had an e-mail from our case officer asking for a date for the interview. We have still not got passports back and our medicals were sent in June and as we have WTR our PR is still ongoing and will be granted when hubby gets and works in a job for 3 months. And our medicals will still be valid.
Hope this has helped?
Chris
