Give payment but not submitted

some time ago I applied for a Pre-assessment Result online application form. But after make payment unfortunately my computer restart and I was unable to click “Next” button after payment and can’t submit the application, but I already pay the application fee.

did email to [email protected] regarding the situation. now what i will do???

please give suggestion..................

Bite the bullet and phone them, if email does not work, I would think.

Thank God!! They fix it manually today. Now the application is showing In Process.

Usually how many days it takes to result out (though they mention 20 days)?
