forms for dependent children

forms for dependent children
Hi
Sorry if this is really obvious, but when filling in our EOI online, there is a note to say that each dependent child needs to fill in a form. When I look at the form it is in PDF so presumably you need to print it off. The questions look the same as the online EOI. Does this mean that the online EOI covers this or do I have to print off the EOI and the forms and post them all instead of submitting online.
Any help much appreciated as it is nearly ready to send and I am wetting my pants at this stage!!
