Finally got my PR
After 3 long years from my 1st medical to now. Had to do 2 years as a resident. Strange old process considering i've been married to a kiwi for 29 years and own a house here. Still never mind, i've got it now so we can move forward.Cheers NZ immigration

No problem Anna. Don't let the BMI thing get you down too much. If you can loose it , it will be easier on the wallet but as long as you're reasonably fit you'll get through it. Good luck. Brian
