Default Family Stream v Temporary - processing times

Hi all,

Last week, I applied for a 2 year temporary work visa under the Family Stream category (INZ 1198 - my wife is a NZ citizen), and my application is currently 'pending'.

The NZ Immigration website (London) issues different guidelines for 'Family Stream' vs 'Temporary entry' visas, in terms of processing times.

'Family Stream' = within 3 months. 'Temporary Entry' = within 25 days.

Does my visa classify as Family Stream, or Temporary Entry? To me, it appears to be both!

It's probably a silly question, but I'm not sure of the answer... and because there's a big difference between 25 days and 3 months, I'm hoping someone can clarify.

Cheers!
