EOI Submitted
Well we finally got around to submitting our EOI after 18 mths on a work visa.
It was a fairly drawn out process but what was frustrating is that there is currently a fault in the points calculator when trying to claim for qualifications - We went straight from 180 to 130 as our UK Hons degrees are seemingly only worth 20 points :frown: Anyway - Now submitted so :fingerscrossed: Cheers |

Re: EOI Submitted
Hi, Good luck,
We submitted our EOI and had a similar issue with our qualifications the calculator gave us one value but after selection were told they were not worth as much, we did a re-check and still got the same points on the calculator. still ongoing. |
Re: EOI Submitted
Well the 130 points did something as status now says "selected"
Now the gathering of evidence will begin :) |

Best of luck :fingerscrossed:

For the partner with the hons degree - that is worth 20 points. Linky to points tables thread. |
Re: EOI Submitted
UK Hons Degree definitely worth 50 points, just sent in my SMV application in and was awarded 50 points for my BSc (HONS). Check it again as the conversion of their 'level' is confusing

Re: EOI Submitted
Not too fussed about the points at the moment as the 130 was enough - That might change if any of the other points are challenged though
