Default eoi question

have they reduced the time an eoi is in the pool,ours has just ran out after 6 months,looking at renewing but it seems to be only 3 months,thanks....

EOI's stay in the pool for 6 months. If not selected in that time , the EOI is removed from the pool altogether. One is allowed to pay for and submit a new EOI application which would remain in the pool for a max of 6 months again.

If you look at all the recent selections from the pool (basically for the last couple of years), if you dont have a job offer, or your job is not on the LTSS list (ie claiming extra points) or you dont have over 140 points - you won't stand any chance of getting picked from the pool - so if you dont have any of the above I would suggest you dont waste your money
