EOI question
 

Hi,

I was just looking at the points indicator (for the hundredth time) and was wondering if someone could double check something for me... I think I'm right but not sure :o

The part under the relevant work experience which mentions if your work experience was in a 'comparable labour market', I've said yes to as it was in the UK (obviously!)... Anyway, it has come out with more points than I previously had worked out (I think I must have missed this bit out before!!)

I'm hoping this could be the answer to my prayers!!! lol.

Does anyone remember whether they claimed points under this question?

OH is a 'sparky' and I'm pretty sure he got points for work experience in a comparable market.

Hi Chris,

Ooh I'm a sparky too! That's encouraging, I think I left it out before because I wasn't sure and I read somewhere about common mistakes diy'ers make by claiming for points that they aren't entitled to...I didn't want to go down that road so just left it!

The UK is a comparable labour market , so these type of points can be claimed.
