EOI queries
Hi,
On question A12 of the EOI form, there are 3 boxes to choose from. Which box do you fill in the UK National Insurance number?

We filled in the social security number with our NI number and left the others blank.

Thanks for that. What about Taxation number? I am in NZ and I don't know whether I should put my IRD number in?
