EOI + Points scoring
Hello,
Is there a breakdown of how to score points when logging an EOI application. I have had good look on the main website, but unable to find anything. At this stage I (we) are doing as much research as possible on the whole application stage, trying to find out if we would come up against any problems along the way. Any help would be appreciated. I (we) would like to become involved in this forum\community and help where ever we can! It also seems a nice, decent place to share thoughts, ideas, opinions etc! bye for now Luke and Jo (husband and wife!) |
Re: EOI + Points scoring
Hi Luke & Jo
Have you tried the points indicator on NZIS website it will tell you how many points you will have Good luck on your journey Angela x |
Re: EOI + Points scoring
Yeah I came across that point indicator, and will go through that.
Was hoping there was a breakdown of industry, skills, occupation etc and the points gained from having such qualifications, experience etc. Not to worry if there isn't, as I said we can sit down and go through this points indicator. |
Re: EOI + Points scoring
Sorry not too sure about that BEVS is probably the best one to ask
Good luck Angela |
Re: EOI + Points scoring
No worries, thanks for the good luck anyway!
I found this which is good enough http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migra...ointstable.htm |
Re: EOI + Points scoring
Hello and welcome to the forum, you've certainly come to the right place, sorry I can't be of much help as we're clueless about it all and are using an advisor (also because we're applying from Egypt) but people here are very helpful and knowledgeable. Good luck with your research!

In some cases the overseas qualifications will need assessment by NZQA if not automatically recognised. Some occupations require NZ occupational registration. Hope the links work OK. HTH |
