EOI online and child supplement?

Hi all

I'm currently filling in the EOI online but read somewhere that I also needed to complete a supplement EOI form for my child (4yrs old). The online version includes details about my daughter so I'm a bit confused!

Do I need to fill it in, or not?

Any advice welcome!

Thanks,
Rick

We did ours online, we got 3 kids, we didn't submit anything on paper.

This is what is confusing me... look at the highlighted bit in red... suggests we need to fill in an additional form?

I can't access the EOI online as we have already had our ITA, I have got a print out of it somewhere, I will dig it out and have a look.
I think it means you have to add every child, we had to add a further 2 as we got 3. We submitted our EOI on 30th Oct, picked out of the pool 3rd Nov and had our ITA 10th Nov.

On our ITA it has the details for each of our children and then a blank supplement form incase we have forgotten any children :) (I am pretty sure I only have 3)

The ITA is a printed version of the online EOI with a few additional bits on each section where they have state what documents you need to submit with your ITA, ie birth certificates, medical reports etc for each person.
