EOI Guidance please - 31.10.2011
 

Hi
My points are 155. - Skilled migrant category.


I got a reply for my eoi, stating that
for qualification and work exp. marks
will not be given
since my qulaification is of level 8 .
so my points become 100 and returned to pool.

My immigrn advisor and myself replied.

I am not having a job offer.

what i can do now ?

Please suggest.

I'd question the ability of your Immigration Advisor as you are paying for expert advice and if he allowed you to submit with incorrect points he/she doesn't sound that expert in the process

I'm with the others on this. You should report your immigration advisor for giving you poor advice that has cost you time and money.

You lost the points because your qualification level did not match the occupation you applied under.

I am also looking help about EOI submission for SMC.
before that could any one advise shall I go to PAR or NZQF for full assessment.
I found Job code available in LTSSL, I have 17 years experience in Telecom and having B.Sc (Math, Physics, Statistics) but they mentioned B.Sc in IT or Computer Science do the accept my degree as equal and give me 7 points???
if I dont have IELTS but I have certificate that I proof my qualification medium only English will they accept??
Actually I am preparing my self with all documentation and want to submit EOI.
please advise in detail, Still I am confused how to calculate my points.
