EOI around 200ish, what should I do?

Hello everybody. We are trying to apply for the EOI. I have a BS in IT and my wife as a Diploma. We are estimating the points and we are around 200ish. If we remove the uncertain yes we are 190 but if we push a little we get 205.
Now, the question is:
"I do not have a job offer even if I have already contacted different employers and I am wondering if I can send the EOI anyway, even if I do not have a job offer yet".
At that point, how feasible is that my EOI will be approved if I do not have a job offer?
Cheers
:D

140 points is an automatic pull from the EOI pool.

Do your occupations and quals appear on the long term shortage list?

Yes it does, I am a Software Engineer and the qualification appears there.
Honestly I am a Software Architect which is more than a software engineer but even in US the "architect" keyword is not used to classify our job.

Check that the qual does match the occupation. Not over and not under Link

You can check the past pulls from the pool.

For the last one 10th Aug.

Offshore applications with 140 or more pulled from the pool = 71
Half and half for with or without a job offer.
