EOI application (possibly silly question, but I don't want to get it wrong!)

Hi
I'm currently filling in my EOI so that it's ready to go when I have all the other bits ready for my work visa.

It says:
How many children do you and your partner have? This includes biological, adopted, stepchildren from previous marriages/relationships?
I put 1
next page says:
Do you have other family members who are not included in this application? Select an option No Yes *

This includes parents (whether biological or adoptive), brothers and sisters (whether full, half, step or and adopted), and children (whether biological, adopted or step children, including those from previous marriages/relationships).
PLEASE NOTE: It is not necessary to list deceased family members or family included elsewhere in this application form.
So can I assume that I don't need to mention my daughter again on this page as she's already been mentioned on the previous page? Only put down my parents etc as required.

also, what option did people select if English is your first language?
An IELTS Test Report with an overall band score of 5 or more
An IELTS Test Report with an overall band score of 6.5 or more if claiming points for your partner's skilled employment or offer of skilled employment or recognised qualification
Study for a recognised qualification conducted entirely in English
Study for qualifications that meet the minimum standard, as defined in the Guide
Current skilled employment in New Zealand for 12 months or more
Otherwise meet the minimum standard, as defined in the Guide
None of the above

Mine could potentially be either of the above.

Re: EOI application (possibly silly question, but I don't want to get it wrong!)

EOI has nothing to do with a work visa, it is for PR.

No you dont need to mention your daughter again, just as you have quoted, she is included elsewhere in the application.

For English we ticked "Otherwise meet..." and put something along the lines of "native English speaker undertaking all education and related work experience in a native English environment"....and that was fine however nurses for instance still have to sit ielts even if born and bred English-speaking...

Thanks for your answer simonsi.
I am a medical specialist, I hope I don't have to do IELTS, but we can only see. I will definitely put in some blurb as you suggest.
I know that PR and work visa are different. We are applying for both at the same time as I have to be in NZ by 1/8/12 so we won't have time to go the SMC route now, but will get it going and then complete it when we get there.
