Default EOI

My EOI was selected from pool on the 22nd of October, I have 140 points.

I have recieved notifiction that my EOI is now being sent too and checked by the London Branch.

What happens next?

How long will it be before I hear some news .

Any advice would be appreciated

Thanks

Congratulations, It's exciting isn't it.

As to how long before the next bit, all depends on if you have a job offer etc, if you do have a job offer you tend to be delt with first. In our case things moved really very very quickly and we received our ITA within the week, we then booked our medicals, these only last 3 months, so don't have them done until you receive your ITA. You can in the mean time, get your police checks done, get your certificates certified if you aren't sending in the originals and get proof of relationship, I asked my friends to write a reference on our marriage and gathered photos and bills as proof.

So you can get your paperwork in order so when your ITA does hit your door mat you are ready to rock 'n' roll.

Good luck

Hi we are in the same position. We dont have firm job offers so we are thinking it will take 1 - 2 months?! We also had 140 points. Just keep looking out for a big fat envelope coming through the letterbox.

Good luck, let us know when something arrives.
