Default english proficiency and evidence of relationship

hey,

i hope someone can answer my questions. We got our ITA today and after looking through the guide i am not sure about 2 things.

1.english proficiency:
- english is my second language
- i was living in Australia ( 10 months )
- currently i am on a work permit in canada ( since december 2007 )
- my partner is canadian, we only speak english at home
- my current job requires writing and reading skills in english
- letter from employer about language ability is available

Do i still need to do a IELTS or should that be proof enough?

2. evidence of relationship
- my partner and me met in new zealand in january 2007, we were traveling together for 2 months, since april 2007 we were living together in canada
( we do have letters with our address on ), we also have a 3 month old baby... we opened a joined bank account in december 2007.

proof enough?

thanks for your help...

I think the more you give them the better. My husband and I have been together 25 years, married for 14 ( met when 16/17). I have got car insurance docs with both names on,2 sons birth certificates, utility bills in both names, child tax credit forms with both names on,bank statements, insurance policies in both names, bank accounts in trust for the boys in both names, mortgage statements and more.
Hope this helps
