Electronic Equipment Trade Worker considering emigration

Hi,
I am considering emigrating to New Zealand with my wife and daughter, we have been there before and considered emigration but the time was not right at the time. I am an Electronics Servicing Technician with City and Guilds qualifications equivalent to ONC, in electrical/electronic engineering servicing with work experience in aircraft, consumer and industrial electronics. I see that Electronic Equipment Trade Worker is on the immediate skill shortage list. As I do not have a level 6 qualification would I still be able to get a work visa? I have already looked on the EWRB website with regards to licencing and on job sites to see what opportunities there may be for electronic service engineers/repair techs.
Can anyone please give me any information about getting a licence with the EWRB and of their own application, experience required, qualifications, time of applications, etc. Also does anyone have any information about the electronics repair industry in New Zealand, what sort of salaries could you expect to get, and the best way to get a job. Any sort of help would be great, much appreciated, thanks. Newmaps.
