Documents still at NZIS London
 

We (our lawyers) are trying something for us:

We submitted for temp work visas in May but due to a catalogue of delays, some by NZIS then also by one consultant for Neil, NZIS still have our original medicals and absolutely everything else, and the medicals run out today. We have now submitted our ITA for PR, and the lawers have sent certified copies of everything, e.g. evidence, police certs etc, pointing out that NZIS have the originals already. The Case Officer for both work permit and PR is the same.

Hope it works....... lawyers seem to think it'll be OK..... we sent them on Tuesday and the package hasn't been rejected yet :rofl: will keep you posted

I submitted PR application (family category) on 01stJuly but I know my medical has now expired, not heard anything yet, hoping that as it was valid at time of lodgement will be ok oooooo such a minefeild!

You may be ok, as when we were up in London couple of weeks ago, they told us that as long as we are lodged it wont matter if then they expire as long as it is in date when sumbitted. Fingers crossed for you :fingerscrossed:
