documents needed for IQA from NZQA
 

Hi all
I'm currently in the process of applying for an IQA, unfortunately my qualifications were not on the exemption list. I am confused about what I need to send with the application. I have got my diploma certificate, final Transcript and diploma supplement for the qualification. A certified copy my my passport and driving licence, and I can get a letter of employment from my manager to confirm my work experience. Is there anything else I need to send?

For IQA you need to send all your original qualification documents from school, college to university level.

Certified copy of Passport ID page, Driving License, Marriage Certificate (If Married), Birth Certificate and the most important Syllabus/Curriculum for your diploma/degree.

And all experience letters from your current and previous employers. That is enough i think.
I sent all these for my IQA just go for it
