Disapointing - Medical Assessor

1 Attachment(s)
Hi All,
I am new here but hope you can give me some advice.

My hubby is Hepatitis B surface antigen positive and she mentioned in her letter that it it unlikely to have an acceptable standard of health.:(:( so sad about it.

I attached the letter with the medical bits.

What should we do now? Should we go for a specialist report. But what content should it be?

In the letter page 4, it mentioned Medical waivers, but can we apply for that?

Any suggestion plssss

How astonishing. There is another poster registered here with the exact same condition.

As you have made 3 posts , perhaps you might like to Private Message with Henry John and chat to each other about your respective applications.

Medical conditions................
  • Hepatitis B surface antigen positive, with abnormal liver function
  • Hepatitis C, RNA positive, with abnormal liver function...............

you may be better placed to consult with a specialist NZ immigration consultant who has dealt with the issues of Medical Waivers.

Contact NZAMI for a list of those who specialise in difficult medical conditions.

I am surprised that your application went as far as ITA though. Did you not list this condition on your initial EOI ? .
