Dependant Children

I hope to submit my ITA tomorrow. The Guide Book asks us to submit evidence that children between 17 and 24 are "totally or substantially reliant on you for financial support"
I intend to send their most recent Bank statements ( should provide my case worker with some amusement) and a covering letter explaining our current relationship and their dependancy.

Has anyone any ideas on what to put in the letter. If you could email me some examples I would be very grateful
