Default CIPD HR qualification - PAR advice

Hi, I am new and have been reading lots of advice, thank you. I am hoping to work in HR or my husband in Turf Management (Cricket Groundsman).

I was just about to complete my PAR online.. does anyone know if the CIPD Human Resource Management post graduate level qualification can be assessed if I completed it over several years part time via the CIPD direct, similar to an open university course.

I realise that the level will not be assessed as a post grad in NZ but we still need it for diploma level education points for the skilled migrant category.

Any advice appreciated, thanks in advance

Hello and welcome to BE!

I can't answer your specific question about your qualification. It will depend on whether NZQA have information on it and what level they set it at. You may need an IQA if they cannot assess it.

Hhmm. What NZQA would wish to do is to assess the qualification unit by unit. They would compare those to the units here in NZ and then give you an NZQA level.
I doubt a PAR would be of use with that unless they were already familiar with the UK CIPD

If you can provide NZQA with comprehensive details of your CIPD qualification units, perhaps from the CIPD itself, then it may well be worth your while spending some money on a full NZQA assessment.
