Hi all,has anyone gone down the route of work to residency visa,,what are the pro,s and con,s if any.
Any advice would be greatly received:)

what sort of advice are you after? better to be a bit more specific if you can. your current situations and different options available to you will effect the pros and cons.

I did it first as it was basically a shoe in that I would get the visa and was quicker than me waiting for a residency application to go through. The downside is that it meant I was tied to my employer for 2 years - and as I am not wanting to stay in my job, I have now applied for and got granted residency.
