Childs Medical
Hi All,
We've heard from our case officer that all we need now is our child medical and then we can proceed to blue sticker status :-)
Our CO said we need not submit her passport at this point only a medical but the medical centre said they need a passport to do the medical as a form of id.
Does a childs medical need a passport some simply a form of id like the birth certificate?

Yes we also had to provide passports with photocopies for our children's medicals

Same here. We had to provide passports & copies for both of our children.

Yep,same here also. The panel GP copied all the passports and attaches them to medical forms.
