Change of case officer
Hi there,
I've been assigned a case officer in mar, few days ago i received an email and was informed me that my case officer has been changed. is it a normal procedure? anyone can share the experience?

not experienced it ourselves but can't see that it will be a problem for you, perhaps your previous CO has been promoted, sacked, resigned, off long term sick. just send an email back to the new CO saying hello and that you look forward working through the visa process with them.
