certified documents

Hi all,

Happy New Year to anyone reading this!

I am gathering the paperwork for my PR application (ITA received last week). To save me hunting through the NZIS website, can anyone remember if it has to be a Notary Public for certified documents or can it be a solicitor?

Thanks

x

Just toddle off to the nearest solicitor they all know the procedure and just pay up. Ours cost £14 for quite a few certified copies but we had taken the photo copies with us....

£14 sounds more like it!
Oz certified copies had to be a notary public, who I guess are more expensive, roll on tomorrow, when the hols are over and I can get on with stuff...

After 2.1/2 months of waiting NZ Immi tell us we still have no case officer but a full history, current status and prognosis is now required by an Orthopaedic Surgeon on a knee op I had performed 4 years ago!
I think that after a full medical by a qualified and specified doctor of their choosing then someone is just taking the p**s at our expense....
