Can I apply for Immigration.

Higher Education: 4 years of telecom engineering degree
Work experience: 3 years & 6 months of experience in telecom industry. Out of which 1 year 3 months experience was gained during studies and 2 years and 3 months of experience was gained after completing degree.
Current Job:Currently i am working as a SAP consultant which is not in telecom it is in IT industry.I have just started this new job.

I have no education from new zealand and none of my relatives live in New Zealand. I am married and my wife is still studying BBA 4 years degree which will be completed in 1 year.

Please try the NZIS POINTS INDICATOR

Your overseas work experience should be from a comparable labour market country to be worth points.
Your degree would need to be assessed if not on the recognised list.

Well i placed my question because my new job is not from the telecom back ground.I know that my degree should be assessed if not on the recognized list. i have assessed my degree from australia engineering council. Will new zealand immigration accept a degree which is assessed from australia engineering council.

I wouldnt think so but contact NZIS for a definitive answer on that one...

I doubt it too. New Zealand is not Australia.

I'm not sure what your new overseas job has to do with this.

If your degree is not listed by NZIS, then they will want to see a New Zealand Qualification Assessment per their policy .

Your australian assessment may help with this.
