Hi,
i am new to this site,in last two days i had search many post but not found solution for my query. i am an international student and my wife is on spouse visa.now can i apply EOI when i am on student visa?
i have enough point (135 points) because of previous qualification and work experience both are in absolute skill shortage list.

If you have enough points I don't see why not. If you want to do it then do it, will you remain a student or do you intend to work?
